Workshops
Focused Training for Your Group
Fix a specific problem. Or build the foundation you never had.
Workshops are for groups of 3-8 who want coach's full attention on real problems. We build every session around your group – your goals, your habits, your level.
Been climbing for a while and stuck at the same level? We'll dig into the movement patterns and habits that are actually holding you back – the ones you can't see yourself.
New to climbing and want to start right? Instead of accumulating bad habits, you'll build a solid technical foundation from the start. The kind that compounds.
What we work on:
- Movement mechanics – hip positioning, foot placement, tension through holds.
- Beta reading – breaking down sequences, identifying cruxes, planning movement.
- Board training methodology – using system boards and spray walls with intention.
- Habit identification – what's actually limiting you, and how to address it.
- Training planning – structuring sessions so progress compounds.
This is for you if:
- You train with a regular partner or small group
- You want to understand the why behind coaching cues, not just hear them
- You're open to being challenged on habits you didn't know you had

Training Cohorts
Six weeks of structured training with a group at your level.
The other formats on this page give you a session. Cohorts give you a training block — six consecutive weeks with a consistent coach and a small group of climbers at your exact level.
Every session builds on the last. Your progress compounds instead of resetting.
Who it's for: beginners who want to build real foundations from day one, and intermediates who've been stuck at the same grade and want to know why.
How it works:
- 2-4 climbers matched by level
- one coach across all six weeks
- one session per week, $30/session — paid as a $180 block upfront
Cohorts form as soon as we have enough people at the right level. Groups are capped at 5.

Ladies Night Climbing
Where women find their strength and their crew

Rocks & Roses is climbing for women, led by women. Every week, train in a supportive space where technique matters more than grades — and progress happens without pressure.
Whether you're working your first V1 or pushing a project, you'll move with confidence, build real skill, and connect with people who understand the challenge.

Introduction to Board Climbing
Learn to use the boards for real, measurable progress.

This class teaches you how to train on boards with purpose. You'll learn the fundamentals that unlock progress at any level – movement patterns, smart programming, and how to structure sessions that build strength and skill.

- Strength and mobility work tailored for bouldering
