Rocks & Roses is climbing for women, led by women. Every week, train in a supportive space where technique matters more than grades — and progress happens without pressure.

Whether you're working your first V1 or pushing a project, you'll move with confidence, build real skill, and connect with people who understand the challenge.

You'll get:

Level Up

Beginner-Intermediate Training

Structured board training for real, measurable progress.

Train smarter. Climb stronger.

Many climbers just pull at random – hoping progress will happen. We teach you how to make it inevitable.

Level Up teaches you how to train on boards with purpose. You'll learn the fundamentals that unlock progress at any level – movement patterns, smart programming, and how to structure sessions that build strength and skill.

You'll learn:

  • Smart warmups and injury-proof movement patterns
  • How to read beta and plan efficient sequences
  • Strength and mobility work tailored for bouldering
  • How to use boards for measurable, repeatable progress

You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next session – and why.
