Workshops for climbers who want more than a workout
Most climbers train hard and still don't see progress.
Usually it's not strength or fitness – it's technique and movement.
Who This Is For
Workshops help you break through the plateaus – the ones you feel, and the ones you don't. If you've been climbing for a while and just can't get to the next level – this will help you get there. If you're new to climbing, and want to start right without accumulating bad habits – this is also a great place to build a solid foundation.
This is a good fit if you:
• Climb regularly and look to improve your skill level in climbing
• Want to understand the why behind coaching cues, not just hear them
• Have a training partner or small group and want focused time together
• Are open to being challenged on habits you didn't know you had
We build every workshop around your group
Here's what that might include:
Movement mechanics • hip positioning, hip-to-shoulder sequencing, foot placement and tension through holds
Beta reading • breaking down sequences efficiently, identifying cruxes, planning movement
Board training methodology • how to use system boards and spray walls with intention and progression
Habit identification • what's actually limiting you and how to address it systematically
Training planning • structuring your sessions so progress compounds instead of stalling
Listen to climbers who have been where you are
These are climbers just like yourself. They came in with a plateau – and left with a clearer picture of what to work on. Here's what they had to say.
Workshop Pricing
All workshops are structured directly around your group's needs, any specific goals or areas you want to focus on.
This is the format we recommend to most groups. 3 hours will give you enough time to go all the way from skill assessment and discovery to training and drills, with sufficient time on the wall for every participant.
Shorter format is available for groups of 3-4 only. A lighter session that may fit groups that prefer a tighter focus on a singular problem area.
* Gym entry not included
Workshops are booked directly – reach out with your group size, rough availability, and any specific goals or areas you want to focus on. We reply within 24 hours.
