His sessions are challenging, focused, and built to push you past comfort zones — all in a supportive, high-performance environment designed to build real resilience and unlock your potential.

  • Monday: 5:30pm - 9:30pm
  • Wednesday: 5:30pm - 9:30pm
  • Friday: 11:30am - 14:30pm
  • Saturday: 10am - 1pm
